Hr Calendar Time Off Integration
Overview
Provide the ability to automatically create time off request for the employee when attending an external meeting.
Features
- Configure specific time off type for meetings
- Automatically create time off requests for external meetings.
Configuration
Select time off type for external meetings (From employee configuration settings)
How to Work
Create a meeting from Odoo calendar mark on “External Meeting”.
After creating the meeting an invitation mail will be sent to all the attendees.
When the employee accepts the invitation a time off request is created with the pre-configured time off type, meeting name as its description and duration from meeting duration
Notes
- If the employee refuses the invitation no time off request will be created
- Time off request will created for employees who are related to partner of user
- You should choose timeoff type for each company
