Odoo 10 Kenyan HR and Payroll System
This module extends the functionality Odoo Payroll Module by adding Salary rules,Categories,Salary Structures and also generates Statutory Reports that fit the Kenyan System.
Features:
☑ Set Salary Categories.
☑ Set up Salary Rules - The rules define the computation of salary amount of different category.
☑ Set up Salary Structure - This is a combination of several salary rules used in payroll processing.
☑ Capture Employee data Necessary for Salary Processing this includes Employee ID,KRA PIN,NSSF and NHIF details
☑ Employees can request for Overtime and Salary Advance from their portal and once approved it will appear on the Approved Month payroll
☑ Employees Payslips can be accessed from their portal or it can be Emailed to their respective email accounts
☑ Necessary Statutory required by the Relevant Authorities are generated on a fly in form of Excel Sheets

Overview
In this Module:
Once Installed the salary categories,rules and structures will automatically be set up.
The relevant employee data should be filled in each employee profile.
Employee should be assigned with a Contract this will form the basis of amount to be paid.
The payroll can be processed individually or in batches.
The required reports can be downloaded including the payslips.
