Manage Employees Penalties
User Manual
First: Give access right, either HR Officer or HR Manager
Then Reload the page
Second: Add Penalty Salary rule to the Salary Structures
Third: Specify Penalty types
Penalty Form
Date: a month in which Penalty will be applied (select any day of a month).
Amount Type: Choose how the amount will be calculated, either Fixed Amount or Precentage(%) Amount
For Fixed Amount, Specify it
For Precentage(%) Amount, Choose From which the amount will be calculated, either Monthly Wage or Annual Wage
Specify the Precentage(%) Amount and Penalty Amount will be calculated automatically
Penalty Appears Automatically in Payslip
