Overview
Violation Warnings and Termination details can be monitored using this service. Three levels of warning mail notification will be issued to Employee, and subsequently at next level the Employee will be Terminated.

How To Work
Employees --> HR Warning -->warning
To Create Warning for Employee Violating the Rules.
By clicking the First Warning Email is triggered to the employee on clicking the first warning buttton.
Second Warning button can be used to send second warning to an employee . Manager can set the Start and End Timeline when second Warning is to be activated and transmitted
When the officer or Manager give the second warning, employee will got mail notification. same like officer or manager give the Third warning to the employee
After the Last warning the employee is not in under control then officer can fire the employee by clicking the fire button in the warning form and employee got this type of email and he is unable to login
