Inventory Serial Number
This module can help you scan serial number for a list of products to be received continuously, and even auto-fill all items in list with just one-click
Instruction
Configuration
Before using this module, please make sure the configuration for operation should be set as steps below
1. Open Inventory application from Home Screen
2. Access Configuration > Warehouse Management > Operation Types
3. Click Edit button then check the option "Create New Lots/Serial Numbers" and un-check "Use Existing Lots/Serial Numbers"
4. Click Save button
Usage
1. Open Barcode application form Home Screen
2. Click Operation, then open a Receipts picking
3. Click Edit then focus to the first line of product, column "Lot/Serial Number"
4. Start scanning serial number for the first product or input manually
5. After scanning, the cursor will jump to next cell, (or after pressing Enter if inputing manually)
6. Observe the first product line, user can see the options to fill serial number automatically for the rest of items
7. Click on "arrow down" button, user can see the confirmation to auto-fill
8. Click OK, then other product lines are filled with increasing serial number automatically
9. User can also click "Erase" button next to Arrow button to clear SN from current field to the rest of items.
