Inno Product Tax Autoset
Inno Product Tax Autoset is a module that allows you to automatically copy the corresponding purchase taxes to sales taxes and the corresponding sales taxes to purchase taxes on products, in order to simplify tax management.
Main Features
Automatic tax matching
- When purchase tax is added to an item, the module automatically searches for the corresponding sales tax and applies it.
- Conversely, if a sales tax is added, the module automatically applies the corresponding purchase tax.
- Ensures that purchase ↔ sales taxes remain consistent without manual intervention.
Mass processing
- An execute button allows you to apply taxes to the entire product catalog that has a sales tax without purchase or that has a purchase tax without sale.
- The process includes:
- Reading existing taxes on each product.
- Automatically applying the corresponding taxes according to the defined rule.
Install the module
Go to the correspondence wizard in the billing module
Establishment of rules for correspondence between purchase taxes and sales taxes
- Define which purchase tax corresponds to which sales tax.
- This mapping works both ways:
- If a purchase tax is added, the corresponding sales tax is automatically applied.
- If a sales tax is added, the corresponding purchase tax is automatically applied.
- Allows you to centralize and standardize tax rules for all products.
We take as an example the product "Acoustic Bloc Screens" currently has neither purchase tax nor sales tax
We apply a tax 'VAT 18% (sale)' which corresponds to the purchase 'VAT 18% (purchase)' as we saw when defining the rules
This is automatically applied upon purchase
Automatic application of missing taxes
If your database contains products with a purchase tax without a corresponding sales tax, or a sales tax without a corresponding purchase tax, this execute button automatically scans all items and applies the corresponding tax according to the defined rules.
