Generate Lead/Opportunity from incoming email content
This module has been tested in community version 13 only
Highlights Of The Application
- Fill fields value based on incoming e-mail's body content (Only applicable if data in e-mail body are under table format and in two column e.g Label: value)
- Configuration to store different field's value for selected label.
- You can set field to store value of label
- Can set value for different types of fields like character, integer, float, text, selection, boolean, html (Only store value of field, not formats e.g tags), date, datetime
Complete process for configuration and functionality explained below.
After installation, go to Settings >> Technical >> Email >> Incoming Mail Servers, in that configure your incoming email server. In that select Lead/Opportunity as Create a New Record option
Now, you can configure different labels for different fields. To configure go to CRM >> Configuration >> CRM Labels, in that you can set different labels
This is the email, based on this email body, th lead will generate.
When incoming email server fetches new mails then it create new lead with configured fields value.
