Customer Feedback Management
Customer Feedback Management for Sales, Purchase, Invoicing, Inventory
This module has been tested in community version 13 only.
Highlights Of The Application
- Manage Customer Feedback for Sales order, Purchase Orders, Delivery Order, Invoices
- Can configure different options like feedback invite template, feedback form etc.
- Can configure dynamic different questions with different types like multiple choice, textbox, email etc.
- Can set default template and feedback form for sales, purchase, delivery orders, invoices
- Can print answer report in stylist layout and analyse overall feedbacks
- Also can generate certificate of the feedback
Complete process for configuration and functionality explained below.
After installation, go to Sales >> Configuration >> Customer Feedback Management, here you will see two menus 1. Feedback Templates 2. Feedback Forms
You can create invite template for feedback from menu Feedback Templates
You can create different feedback form from menu Feedback Forms
Can configure different questions for feedback form
Invite customer to fill feedback form from sales order form view (NOTE: You can do same process for purchase order, delivery orders, invoices etc.)
Here is the answers submitted by customer
You can take a print of the answers
Here is the form to fill by customer
You can also provide certicate of the feedback to customer if you wish
Also you can do same process for purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices and sales orders.
