Configure approval rule
This application will allows you to configure approval rules under company setting and quote limit, Whenever user belongs to that company makes and order which exceed the limit configured inside company then configured rules will be populated as warning to ask for the confirmation to user. It would be user's responsibility to verify if customer has already pass through rules then user can click on Yes, then order would get confirmed if User will click no then it would redirect back to the order.
Current company's configured currency.
Configured Limit and custom warning message
Warning will be populated when user exceed the limit on quotatin amount total, current limit is set to 50000 USD and order made in 45547 Euro, according to configured currency rate it exceed the 50000 USD limit. so the warning is raised.
NOTE : This module has been tested in Community and Enterprise version 13
