No. The module author is expected to fix any bug that would prevent the app from working as advertised on its description page. However, we do not expect them to provide you with additional support regarding extra features or customizations. In particular, most authors will charge an extra fee if you ask them to implement a new feature inside an app which was not advertised on its description page, or adapt an existing feature so that it covers additional cases. In addition, it is possible that an app won't work because of a misconfiguration of your server rather than a bug in the app itself. In this case, we expect the authors to provide you with configuration advices so that your technical team can correct the mistake on your server. However, while we expect the authors to help you in pointing your technical team to the right direction by email or providing you with documentation, we do not expect them to configure your server by themselves for free. Everything is mentioned in the Requirements we cannot manage your 1> we cannot test this apps with your all pos addons 2> if you need any Question you can ask any time before purchase, so it will deside this apps is satisfied your requirements of not. If you Write Negative Review that is oky no problem but have you read the FAQ, Note on index file. Read it carefully before write on any apps module.

Always Remember we have tested our our with out module and we cannot test you apps with your custom apps if you need to understand the dependency things check odoo documentation. and if you need more things you can contact odoo for dependency. we we are 100% sure that this apps is tested careful and if you need any help we can help always. But don't expect we make compatible out apps in free with your 10 free POS add-ons. for more details read odoo FAQ. https://apps.odoo.com/apps/faq and due to your expectation we cannot change this all your development in free we already have reads that if you need additional we will charge you for changes of development. U can request that is not as per the index file and break is flow. but our apps cannot be check free with you custom add-ons . always be careful before purchase any apps form odoo.
