New User Approval For Multi Website
Setup
Go to Website > Configuration > Settings
Enable Signup Feature for the Website
click on Free sign up
Click on Signup Link

- Sign up Email: Email id where every new user is being notified,
- Website: Select website for which configuration is to be made, and add the Domain name in Website

Email link validation for new user: a boolean field for select mail login,
(if it's True then new user were sended an mail and new user must have to login by that email first than only can login by anything else way
If it is false then new user can login directly any preferable way) - Active: enable feature for hiding price and buying option from any user who does not sign up
