Password Protected PDF Reports
Generate password protected PDF and HTML reports from the system. Option to set manual and dynamic passwords for the generated PDF reports.

Overview
Generate password protected PDF and HTML reports from the system. Option to set manual and
dynamic passwords for the generated PDF reports. If no encryption is set the report will get
downloaded and work normally. If encryption type is set as manual, system will ask to set
the password upon downloading the report. If the encryption type is auto, password generated
will be dynamic.
Screenshots
Open the report from Settings -> Actions -> Report.
Set the encryption type.
Configured Encryption type as manual.
Now generate/print the report.
When open the report, it will prompt for password.
Change report encryption type as auto. Set the encryption password as object.partner_id.phone, so the password will be customer phone number
Now print the report again.
When open the report, it will prompt for password.
