  3. Initial configuration: Open Accounting -> Journals -> select a Journal to view KPIs

Basic Usage

  1. Navigate: Accounting -> Journals -> Open a Sales or Purchase journal
  2. Review KPIs: Check AR/AP totals, open invoice counts, cash burn, and overdue items
  3. Drill down: Click smart buttons or list links to view detailed records
  4. Run AI: Trigger AI analysis from the AI Jobs menu (if installed) for insights
