"Easily Manage Progress Payments"
This module helps you to make payments in different stages and create related accounting entries.
Description
When it comes to purchasing a service, the vendor may deliver your orders in different phases so that the payments can be executed in several stages.
A "Certificate of Completion" is a document issued by the client indicating that the service or portion of it has been delivered in all respects as per the specifications and conditions of the contract at the specific phase of the work. This allows clients to pay their vendors incrementally as the project is in progress.
The “COC” module allows you to make payments at each phase of the delivery in accordance with the part of the service provided and issue the related vendor bill. It also enables you to post the related journal entries. It calculates the remaining amount of the bill and keeps it open until the service is completed.
