Payroll - Accrued Leave Rules
"Make Sure Everyone Gets What is Fairly Owed to Them"
This module provides salary rules for calculating accrued leaves in the employees' payslips.
Description
The leave that employees accrue during the year is called Accrued (or Accruing) Leave. As the year progresses and the employee earns more the holiday pay balance increases and at the same time annual leave is being accrued. Organizations owe employees who have worked for their business. However, calculating employees' leave entitlements can be confusing. This module extends the functionality of the Payroll module to make sure everyone gets what is fairly owed to them. This feature adds highly configurable salary rules in "Configuration" tab of Payroll module under Salary Rules menu which provides the calculation lines related to accrued leaves in the employee's payslips.
