"RFQ Comparison at A Glance"
This module allows comparing RFQs during the bidding process.
Description
A Quotation is a formal price provided by a vendor to procure the products required by a buyer at specified prices and within a specified period. The bidding process can be used while purchasing services, materials, etc. Comparison of Quotations is a critical process before confirming a purchase order for the supplier. The “Purchase Compare” module provides a very intuitive feature that allows you to compare multiple RFQs for similar products from different suppliers.
This module allows comparing the prices from all quotations received as a result of a competitive bidding process. The “RFQs Compare” smart button allows reviewing the quotations presented by vendors at a glance and calculating the optimal purchase price for an order.
