Great App just one problem

Hello dear Devs, App works a charm, however as long as its installed I'm unable to create new contacts, and as soon as I click on "Create new contact" in Contacts app I receive the error message below: Error: Traceback: Error: QWeb2: Template 'partner_org_chart' not found at Object.exception (https://mycompany.odoo.com/web/content/344-68fff78/web.assets_common.js:3692:7) at Engine._render (https://mycompany.odoo.com/web/content/344-68fff78/web.assets_common.js:3737:103) at Engine.render (https://mycompany.odoo.com/web/content/344-68fff78/web.assets_common.js:3733:151) at Class._render (https://mycompany.odoo.com/web/content/711-279802c/web.assets_backend.js:3908:775) at https://mycompany.odoo.com/web/content/711-279802c/web.assets_backend.js:827:1408 Can you please assist with this?
