Website Photographer Request Management

App for Website Photography / Videography Request in Odoo

This app allows you to manage requests from your customer and visitor/guest from your website and manage it in the backend photographer / video graphy request in Odoo using the photographer request team as shown in below screenshots.



Main Features :
  • Website Request Form: Customers / Visitors of a Website can send a video/photography request from your website by filling out a form and submitting.
  • Photographer Request Unique Number: Generation of unique number/id of a photographer request on submission and record it as a photography / video request in the backend.
  • Customer Portal: Customers can check the status of all photography / video requests submitted by them on My Account at the Portal side of your website.
  • Photography / Video Request Backend Management: Allow the Photographer Admin to assign the Photography request to the Photographer Officer and Photographer team.
  • Create Quotation: Allow the Photographer Officer to create and manage quotations and send them to your customers. From sales quotation to invoice and payment you will follow odoo standard workflow of sales and invoice module.
  • Create Task: Allow the Photographer Officer to Create project tasks for the photographer team including services.
  • Create Material Requisition: Allow the Photographer Officer / Photographer to Create Material Requisition from project task with material requisition for project task.
  • Create Appointment: Allow the Photographer Officer to Create a Appointment from the Photographer Request with customer and preferred photographer and photographer team members including Attendees.
  • Photographer Teams: Allow your Photographer Admin / Officer to configure and manage Photographer Teams.
  • Stages: Allow Photographer Admin or Photographer Officer to configure and manage photographer request stages under configuration.
  • Services : Allow Photographer Admin or Photographer Officer to configure and manage photographer request service under configuration.
  • Tags: Allow Photographer Admin or Photographer Officer to configure and manage tags under configuration.
  • Category: Allow Photographer Admin or Photographer Officer to configure and manage photographer request category under configuration.
  • Products: Allow Photographer Admin or Photographer Officer to configure and manage products and Service Products under products menu.
  • Portal / Customer : Show the Photographer request and appointment on my account portal to your customers.
  • PDF: Photographer Request report in PDF format as shown in below screenshots.

  • They can create photography requests from your websites using form.
  • Customers after logged in can view submitted Book Photography / Video Requests in My Account Portal of your website.

  • Photographer Admin can Assign Requests to Photographer Officers , Photographer User and Team.

    • Role of Photographer Officer

  • Photographer Officer can create Sale Quotation, Appointment and Create Task from the photographer request.
  • Photographer Officer can create Material Requisition from Task.
  • Discuss with Customers using open chatter or meetings.
  • Print Pdf Report of Photographer Request.

    • Role of Photographer

  • Photographer can work on the photographer task.
  • Photographer can fill the timesheet.
