The app allows you to create contact from odoo to mautic

When I create a lead in the crm in odoo it can be created automatically in mautic
The module was not good. It dit not fit for the comunityversion
Dear sirs,
We have in use Odoo 13 community-version. We need Mautic and therefore we buyed the Pragmatic Mautic connector app directly from the Odoo-store.
After installation, in Odoo gives the Mautic app a error. Then we understand that the app only can works with the Odoo enterprise version.
Before our decission to buy the Pragmatic Mautic app we did not see on the Pragmatic-Mautic sellingpage that the app only can work with Odoo13 enterprise. If you look to the Mautic sellingpage for yourself, in our opinion, for people it is not clear that the Mautic app is only available in the Odoo13 -enterprise version.
Our questions we have are:
Is the Mautic connector available in Odoo 13 communityversion?
- If so, can Pragmatic solve the error so that we can use the Mautic connector?
- If not, is Pragmatic willing to make the Mautic app available for Odoo 13 communityversion?
- Do you have other options for us?
- If not, then, you understand that we want the payed money back.
I hope that Pragmatic will come with a solution to us.
