Module Highlights
How the Leads Portal Works
Our module uses a "Security-First" approach to provide seamless lead management for your customers. By extending the Odoo Customer Portal, the system ensures that every record is accessed through an encrypted and secure environment. It features an Intelligent Filtering Engine that dynamically retrieves CRM data based on the logged-in user's credentials and role-based permissions. Integrated with a Live Sync Utility, it allows your sales team and customers to stay on the same page through the portal chatter. This ensures that every lead update, stage change, and message is reflected instantly, providing a frictionless communication experience and faster lead conversion.
Access Leads from Customer Portal
Login to the website portal and navigate to the My Account section. You will now see a new "Leads" document menu. This shows the total count of leads assigned to you or your company, providing a quick overview of your sales pipeline directly from the frontend.
Seamless Integration: The lead count updates in real-time as soon as a new lead is created or assigned to the user in the Odoo backend.
Explore Lead List with Advanced Filtering
Once inside the Crm lead section, users can see a comprehensive list of all their leads. We have integrated a powerful Search Bar and Custom Filters (Customers & State) to help you find specific data in seconds. The table also supports dynamic sorting for better data management.
Smart Search: You can search by customer name and instantly filter leads by their current stage (New, Qualified, Won, etc.) using the dropdown menus.
Multi-Level Filtering & Dropdowns
Manage large volumes of CRM data effortlessly. The module provides Dynamic Dropdowns for both "Customers" and "States". Users can select specific clients or stages (like New, Qualified, Won) to narrow down results instantly without refreshing the entire page.
User-Centric Design: The filter state is maintained via URL parameters, meaning if you share the link or refresh, your filters stay applied!
Optimized Results & Clean Navigation
The portal provides a Clean & Organized Table View after filters are applied. Detailed columns like Planned Revenue, Probability, and Expected Closure are visible at a glance. With built-in Pagination Support, users can navigate through hundreds of leads smoothly without any layout shifts or performance lag.
Detailed Insights: Every column is carefully selected to give the portal user maximum information without cluttering the mobile view.
Track Progress by Lead Stages
Keep a close eye on your sales funnel. Using the State Filter, portal users can instantly isolate leads that are New, Qualified, or already Won. This feature ensures that customers can focus on what matters most and track the lifecycle of their inquiries in real-time.
Pipeline Visibility: Quickly identify which leads are in the 'Proposition' stage and require immediate attention to close the deal.
Real-time Status Badges & Date Tracking
Never lose track of when a lead was created. The portal view includes a detailed Create Date timestamp and visual Status Badges. This allows users to quickly identify the priority and age of each lead, ensuring a more organized follow-up process directly from the website interface.
Visual Indicators: The colored status badges (like Proposition, Won, New) make the dashboard intuitive and easy to read at a glance.
Instant Global Search
Need to find a specific lead quickly? Use the integrated Search Bar to look up leads by customer name or related keywords. The search works seamlessly alongside the filters, giving users a powerful way to drill down into their data without any complex navigation.
