Sales Commission
The sales commission is effective for individual performers because it provides employees with the opportunity to obtain additional compensation that rewards their efforts, and especially, their achievements.This application allows to provide commission for Sales Rep.
Key features:
- Effective tool to motivate sales person.
- Can calculate based on fixed percentage and break up percentage.
- Commission calculation on net or gross of invoice amount.
- Commission calculation on invoice confirmation or payment received.
- Print individual commission slip and common report
Create/Select the commission product before generating commission bill.
Select Sales person under sales and purchase tab in customer window.
Select method,amount and commission in Commission Slab.
Note:
Fixed percentage Method - without target (no amount based calculation).
Breakup method - commission will be calculated based on Target achieved. (2% for 5000 and 5% for 10000)
Gross Amount - before tax and discount & Net Amount - after tax and discount.
Commission on Invoice - applied on open invoices.
Commission on Payment - applied on paid invoices.
Add team members and commission slab in Sales Team.
Invoice created for the customers who belong to the selected sales rep.
Select the sales team and rep then click "Create Lines",Customer Invoice lines will be updated in commission lines.
Select lines and Click "Commission Invoice",the commission bill will be generated for the selected rep.
Generated Commission bill.
Commission slip for each sales rep can be printed by commission slip menu under print.
Select the date for which report should be printed for each sales rep under commission report menu.
Report printed for every sales rep between the selected date.
