Employee Lifecycle
This module provide employee's lifeycycle information

Configurable period for training, probation and notice Update Joning date, confirmation date and employement date accordingly lifecycle period. Employee's History will be maintained in History Tab. Get email notification to emplployee on status change with period. |

Configuration to add period for status training, probation and notice period can define period in days/month and it will autopopulate in screen of lifecycle window. |

When selecting notice period by state it will allow to configure notice period based on employee's state |

Employee status can be changed with entering range of dates to define period for particular status |
|
Employee History in history tab, When Employee released, terminated or absconded employee and and it's related user will be archived. |

User will get Email Notification for status change. |
