One or Multiple services booking by the customer can be done over a phone call or walk-in by customer/member.

Easy calendar views to manage appointments.

Calendar View (For Advanced Bookings)

The calendar view is for the booking of services by customers/members.

New bookings, as well as the information regarding all the bookings, can be done from the calendar view.

The calendar view enables the managers/Owners to manage the beauticians and customers.

Employee / Beautician Configuration

Employee configuration is done against respective specialized services.

If no employee is assigned to any of the services then that service will not be visible in the front-end of the POS.

Employee/Beautician is allocated to customers/members according to the service they choose and/or according to their preferences.

Chair Management

Allocation of chairs to Employee/beautician to work on it.

Only the chairs assigned to the user can be seen by the user as to make the system compartmentalized.

Easy viewing of allocated chairs and empty chairs.

Helps in providing quick service to the customers/members.

The same chair can not be assigned to two different floors & chair names are dynamically automatically sequentially generated upon creation.

Employee/ Beautician Management

POS system for salon makes easy to select the right Employee/beautician for the right work and the right customer.

The manager can allocate the task to the Employee/beautician on depending upon the preference of the customer also.

Managers can select the beauticians based upon their respective skills.

Membership Enrollment

Customers can enroll themselves as a member of Salon to get added benefits offered by the salon.

Customers can choose to be a member of the Spa-salon by purchasing any particular membership scheme from the list of available membership at any given point of time.

It also sends different types of mail notification like when membership buys, membership payment and expires day, before one day, ten days of membership expired which keeps the member updated about the facilities he/she is using.

Manage Commission of Employee / Beautician

  • By Section Method: The commission is given based on how much revenue is generated by the Employee / Beautician. The percentage of the commission will be calculated based upon the section decided and percentage assigned to that section.
  • Fixed Percentage Method: A fixed percentage type commission can be defined and assigned to the Employee/beautician and according to that fixed percentage, the commission is calculated automatically for the respective Employee/beautician.

Spa-salon POS Order Screen

For the Spa-salon system, we have customized the module even further. Two new buttons Salon Order and Apply Scheme button will be added as new features after the installation of this module in the spa-salon system.

After validate bill, Selected branch in a bill or purchase order will automatically set in Journal Entry.

Insert Customer Details From Front end POS

Users can create new customers directly from POS front-end or select from the existing ones. It also has quick search functionality for finding the right customer.

Order Execution

Customer/Member proceeds with their Booking ID to take their services.

Upon entering the booking ID, the list of the requested services is displayed on the front end of POS.

The list of services will be updated as the service is progressed.

Users can add new services from here or can delete the previously selected.

Easy To Manage Waiting Queue

Manage waiting queue for customers as Time management is the most essential thing for both customers and Salon owners/Managers.

It displays customer services and manages the queue as per service duration. The display will be categorized according to the category of the service.

It is a real-time display that will show the details about the remaining time of the next service according to which the next service can be commenced.

Service Payments

Service payment through scanning the barcodes on the receipt is also a very unique feature that we have. This quick turnaround ensures that time will not be wasted on data entry or retrieval.

The receipt is generated as per the Booking id / Order id of the customer.

Spa-salon system allows you to put together a variety of payment options for customers, which would be viewed as a commitment to make things easier for them.

Data Analysis Using Business Intelligence

This module also provides various types of essential reports, some are PDF reports & some are Business Intelligence reports for the data analysis.

Analysis on Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly basis of the sales can also be done.

Revenue Analysis: Analysis of Revenue Generated by Company on Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly basis can be done as well.

Analysis of Employee / Beautician: Based on Employee / Beautician Performance which can be obtained from the Employee / Beautician commissions based on Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly.

Shift / Parcel/ Delivery for POS Order

 

Adds the functionality for Parcel, Delivery & Transfer of Tables in a restaurant.

POS Screen

This module adds the functionality of taking Away, Parcel & Transfer of the tables/chairs in the restaurants. After installing the module 3 new buttons can be seen in the left side screenshot. The three new buttons are Take Away, Delivery & Synchronization.

Take Away

Clicking on the Take-Away button, it opens up a dialog box where the user can insert the Order reference number and that order can be given as a takeaway order.

POS Table Transfer/ Order Merge

Clicking on the options button opens up the screen where tables can be transferred just as well orders can be merged with two tables or re-assigned to a new table.

POS Transfer Session

For the Spa-salon system, the orders can be transferred directly from the front screen to any other different ongoing session, this functionality will be even more useful for the spa-salon owners who have more than one floor to manage.

Clicking on the transfer button will open the dialog box as can be seen in the screenshot.

POS Re-assign Chair

Chairs can be re-assigned to the customers/beauticians if the needs be.

Spa & Salon Backend Receipt

 

This module helps you to Print POS Receipts from the backend.

Generate Backend Receipt

We have developed this module to make the life of the ODOO POS users to be more simplified. This module provides you with an essential facility to generate POS receipts from the backend side of ODOO Point Of Sale. A receipt can be printed for as many times as the users deem fit.

Spa-salon Backend Receipt

The "Print Receipt" button can be seen in the form view of the Booking as per the above screen.

The receipt for the Spa-salon services contains a lot of important details. Details such as User, Order number, Company name, Service details like total money and time consumed, etc could be seen in the right side screenshot.

Payment from the front end can be done using this receipt's barcode. The cashier will simply scan the barcode from the receipt and it will redirect him/her to the payment screen with the respective details.

Enter Receipt reference and based on your receipt reference number payment is paid.

Configuration Pricelist

Added one more option for 'Apply On'. Now we can add direct pricelist for specific POS Category'.

Step 1: First of select option 'Pos Product Category' as per show in image.

Step 2: Based on first step visible one more field 'Pos Product Category' and select category which one on you want to applay pricelist as per show in image

 

Spa & Salon POS Receipt

A module for customized Kitchen, Customer & Spa-salon POS receipts.

Print POS Receipt Screen

The system generates the POS receipt once the payment is done and validated.

The receipt for the Spa-salon services contains a lot of important details. Details such as User, Order number, Company name, Service details like total money and time consumed, etc.

Spa-salon Backend Receipt

The "Print Receipt" button can be seen in the front end of the POS after the validation of the payment, as per the above screen.

If the "Automatic Receipt Printing" field is true in the session's configuration then the above screen will be skipped to the next new order screen & receipt will get printed upon the validation of the payment automatically.

Payment from the front end can be done using this receipt's barcode. The cashier will simply scan the barcode from the receipt and it will redirect him/her to the payment screen with the respective details.

Service as a Kit

Service as a kit. Single service contains a bunch of services.

Create service and make the True 'Is Spa Kit' field as shown in the image. Based on that visible one new tab 'Products' you can add a bunch of the product from here to make a perfect Kit for your Customer/Member.

Spa & Salon Membership


A customized Spa-salon Module to manage Membership & Scheme management.

Create Membership scheme

Users can create various schemes where subscription start date, end date, the discount of scheme and duration of the scheme could be specified.

Also would need to add services category for which the scheme would be applied.

Scheme applied in membership could be bought till the end of the subscription end date specified in here.

Configure Scheme With Membership

Users can define various memberships where membership name, price, and category needs to be specified along with that user needs to add the existing schemes to this membership for the customers to buy.

Buy Membership

To become a member customers would have to buy any one of memberships. Only after the purchase of the membership the customer can become a member.

Clicking on the "Buy Membership" button will open up a wizard as given below and following the further procedure an invoice can be generated as well.

Configuration Email Notification

It has notification features which will notify the customers & members via email in order to keep them updated with every part of their interactions with the salon-like on booking of the services, upon Payment done, on expiration date of the scheme, on a day before the expiration date of the scheme, 10 days before the expiration date of the scheme, A welcome email when a customer becomes a member.

Templates can be be found from the Templates Menu created via code. Email messages can be configured as per the need of Salon from here.

Customer Invoice & Payment

Customer membership invoices can be generated from the orders and also from the front end of the POS.

Customers are allowed to make partial payments.

Membership Scheme From POS

Clicking on the apply scheme button from the front end of the POS takes the user to a screen of all the available schemes that can be applied for that customer & the selected scheme will be applied on that bill.

Web Auto Reload


A generic Module to reload the page, compatible with every ODOO module.

How To Use In Code

As it is visible in the left side screenshot, This module essentially provides us a very useful feature where we can give an auto-reload value in seconds in the action code as per required and as per that value is given in the action code, that web page will be refreshed.

How It Is Used In Spa-salon

Automatically reloads the chair's availability status in the front end of POS every 5 seconds.

This will ensure that as soon as a chair is available it becomes available in the front end which enables the user to assign available chairs to new customers and new service can commence.

A generic Module to reload the page, compatible with every ODOO module.

Scheduler View

From here, a beautician can search, see and manage their bookings.

This menu is only visible for beauticians and beauticians can watch only their bookings from this page.

The bookings are displayed in the Dark Red color.

Search Booking

Beautician can search the booking between specific date range.

View Booking

The booked services are shown in a dark red color. A beautician can watch that service by clicking on that time slot.
