ALPHA STOCK BALANCE REPORT

Stock incoming, outgoing & internal transfer reports

Description

This module allows to print a stock analysis report in a specific period and with different filters:

  • By company.
  • By Warehouse.
  • By location.
  • By product category.

To get access to the STOCK BALANCE REPORT use the folowing menu: inventory/reporting/Stock Balance.

The data is displayed on the report as a table with the flowing columns:

Beginning The quantity of the product at the start date of the selected period
Received The incoming quantity of the product within the selected period
Sales The sold quantity of the product within the selected period
Internal The total quantity transferred internally of the product within the selected period
Adjustments (+) The quantity of the product added to the stock by using Inventory Adjustment within the selected period
Adjustments (-) The quantity of the product removed from the stock by using Inventory Adjustment within the selected period
Ending The quantity of the product at the end date of the selected period
Cost The unit cost of the product at the end date of the selected period
Total Value The total cost of the product at the end date of the selected period
