Secure login into your Odoo account.
With our Two Factor Authentication app you will need to enter a time-based passcode when logging into odoo account. This passcode changes every 30 seconds, so even if someone knows your password, they will not be able to login to your account.
Why to get secured with Two Factor Authentication?
As every time anyone enters your username and password (in case) to login, instantly a new page pop up and ask for a verification code. This unique Time-based One-Time Password will be generated only on your cellphone, using the Google Authenticator App. So, this new layer will add up to the strength of the security at your end. Any app that supports the Time-based One-Time Password (TOTP) algorithm can be used to generate the security token for you.
Why Use IP Filter With Two Factor Authentication?
Sometime its important for company to allow access of odoo only for internal/company's IP address. To prevent access of system from outside or restrict access of system based on specific IP. This module provide IP based restriction for user during login

1. Goto Settings -> Users -> Users
2. Enable 2FA and save settings
If 2FA is enabled, user will be asked for authentication code after login screen for extra layer of security.
Enter 2FA code from authenticator app and click on verify button to proceed with login .

For IP Filter
1. Goto Settings -> Users & Company -> IP Groups
2. Create IP group here
3. Assign IP group to user, you can also edit/add whitelist IP manually
4. During login, if user IP is not in whitelist IP, list system will restrict user from login
External python library 'qrcode' is required.
To install it in odoo 9,10 use command: sudo pip install qrcode
To install it in odoo 11,12 use command: sudo pip3 install qrcodeNote.
This app not tested with odoo mobile app. so it may not work with odoo mobile app.
