  • Real progress (%) = Progress estimated by the operator at the present moment and which is therefore considered to be the most realistic
  • Theoretical Progress (%) = Progress at which we should be in theory in relation to what we have planned at the start

  • Total reestimated time = The total time that will be necessary to finish the task
  • Gap = difference between hours planned and hours reestimated, positive if you are ahead, negative if you are late
