Shipping Quotation Features
Customizable Quotation Settings:
- Admins can configure features such as enabling the quotation button, managing expiration settings, and creating personalized messages.
Filter Applications for Quotes:
- Use filters based on order amount, calendar, products, customers, and country to refine shipping quote generation.
Shipping Price Editing:
- Admins have complete control over adjusting shipping prices before approving quotations.
Expiry Management:
- Set and manage quote expiration dates to ensure relevance and accuracy in pricing.
Frontend User Accessibility:

Shipping Quotation Workflow
- Go to Website -> Configuration -> Delivery Methods.
- Select a delivery method and click on the quotation tab to enable the quotation box, displaying additional fields related to the quotation and filters Quote by...
- Select a delivery method to display a custom message and quotation button.
- Click the quotation button, go to Configuration -> Delivery Quotation, view the list with details, add the shipping price, and click Approve.
- Users can view quotation details in 'My Account' under 'Shipping Quotation,' including the expiration date, and status message, and view other details. They can download the PDF, and click 'Add to Cart' to continue shopping.
- Track shipping quotation information via email.

General
Delivery Methods List
Navigate to Website -> Configuration -> Delivery Methods and select a method from the list.
Quotation Tab: General Settings
Enable the quotation feature to configure options like button name, display message, custom message, and expiration(days), while filtering to show other quotes.
Delivery Page: Quotation Button
Choose a delivery method to reveal the custom message and quotation button.
Shipping Quotations List
The shipping quotation list displays details such as status, received date, and expiration date, with a view icon to click for more information.
View Shipping Quotations on the Frontend
The shipping quotation displays complete details along with the status message.
Website Homepage
Navigate to Website Configuration -> Delivery Quotation and click on Delivery Quotation.
Delivery Quotation
Display the delivery quotation list in the backend.
Approve and Set the Shipping Price
Enter the shipping price and then click the approve button.
Delivery Quotation List
The 'Sent' status of the delivery quotation is displayed after approval.
My Account: Shipping Quotation
Click on the Shipping Quotation tab.
Shipping Quotation View
Display the approved message and click the 'Add to Cart' button to proceed.
