Global Search allows you to perform a (web) search easily and quickly through the modules: eCommerce*, Events*, Blogs*, Forum* and eLearning*. Convenient for all your users and visitors!

How it works
Very easily! You drag and drop the global search input anywhere on your website. In the block options, you can see the modules that are available and you can also restrict access to certain modules. There are also options for the results page preferences. It's that simple! Take a look at the screenshots below.
What are the conditions for appearing in search results?
In a single website context: You just have to pay attention to have your elements published (products, events, blog posts, courses).
In a multi-website context: In addition to the same condition as in the single website context, you have to specifiy the website on your different elements (products, events, courses, blog posts and forum posts).
Note that the term of your search will be searched for in the names and descriptions of the various elements. Moreover, searches are performed on the '/global_search' page. You can therefore add it to your main menu if you wish (see screenshots).

You can choose which fields to search in: Website > Configuration > Global Search Fields (see screenshots).
Note that it supports 'char', 'text', 'html', 'many2one' and 'one2many' fields.
Languages
English and French (BE) languages are supported.
