Odoo 14 HR Performance Evaluation Rating (Community)

Note: This module is tested and working in Odoo community edition but not tested in Enterprise version. And we are supporting Ubuntu OS and not Windows OS.

Features

  • HR Manager configure the KRA template based on department & job positions.
  • HR Manager configure KRA schedule plan based on department & job positions like weekly, monthly, yearly.
  • Scheduler run and create the KRA records so manager can give reviews.
  • If you need rating & comments from employee, self review option is available.
  • If you need employee's manager approval before hr manager approval double validation option is available.
  • KRA report in detail & summary version.

How to use

  • If you need employee review from himself enable "Self Review".
  • If you need employee's manager approval enable "Double Validation".
  • If you want to see internal message for KRA records use "Include Internal Message."
  • HR Manager can configure the "Key Rating Template" based on department & job positions.
  • Once the hr manager configure "KRA template", hr manager can plan the schedule based on the department & job positions.
  • Based on KRA schedule plan scheduler is run and create the KRA records weekly, monthly, yearly

  • If no self review or no double validation enabled, employee can see his rating & comments given by manager. HR Manager approved the KRA
  • If self review is enable, employee give his rating & comments and submit to their respective manager.
  • HR Manager or employee manager can approve it after giving reviews.
  • If self review and double validation are enable, First employee give his rating & comments and then after submit to their respective manager.Once manager give his rating & comments then submit to hr manager. Final rating & comments taken by hr manager
  • Here we can see analysis report for Employees Performance Evaluation.
  • Here We have added report menu for Employees Performance Evaluation by KRA summary or detail .
