Odoo 14 Vehicle Repair System (Community)

Note: This module is tested and working in Odoo community edition but not tested in Enterprise version. And we are supporting Ubuntu OS and not Windows OS.

Features

  • Register Vehicle, Vehicle Appointment, Vehicle Job Card, Vehicle Work Order, and based on Used Part Create invoice.

How to use

  • Create Branch based on single or multi company concept. Go to Setting -> User & Companies -> Branch


  • Assign branch to particular user. and give the permission to user related vehicle repair. Go to Setting -> User & Companies -> Users.


  • Then configure vehicle attributes. Go Vehicle Rapair Menu then Configuration -> Manufacture, Vehicle Type, Engine Capacity, Engine Type.








  • Then create vehicle model using vehicle attributes. Configuration -> model.


  • Configure Labor Type and create labor.




  • We need to configure pickup/drop-off (this product used when we add extra charge in invoice based on customer used pickup/drop-off services.) also configure one Service Canter Location (This location is used in internal transfer when product moves from main location to service location.) and one customer location.in Configuration -> Settings -> Vehicle Repair.


  • Register Customer Vehicle. Go Vehicle Rapair -> Customers -> Vehicles.


  • That Register vehicle appear in related customer form.


  • Create appointment. Go Vehicle Rapair -> Appointment.


  • Create pickup and drop-off address from appointment. after confirm appointment there is one button create drive point.


  • When you need to configure service package template. Go Vehicle Rapair -> Packages -> Package Template with Product and Labor.




  • When customer is select that service package.


  • Create Job card based on confirm appointment.


  • After create job card confirm that and create work order related to that job card .


  • When click on start work order at that time one popup is appear with only available product in stock.


  • inside that popup you set number of quantity for that specific product and that is consumer from stock and move to service location. one stock move is created with internal type.


  • You need to add some more product parts in repair process you click on add product button. only available product you add. and that product also create one internal transfer stock to service location.




  • After complete all process click on complete button. there is one option return product (inside repair any product is not used and you need to return in stock) at that time you select that check box. after selecting that check box all used products appear with number of quantity. select only those product that you need to return with number of quantity. and also one internal transfer create from service location to stock location.






  • After complete all process work order in complete state. then after one invoice create button is visible.click on it create one invoice with used product and labor in work order with number of quantity.


  • Customer related all appointment, Job card, Work Order and invoice appear in customer form.
