Attendance Management

Generates attendance report for an employee based on predefined rules (late, overtime, diff), and gives summary for the following details:
- Overtime
- Late time
- Diff time
- Totals (planned working time, actual working time, absence)
The Payroll will be generated based on the attendance management report.
Configuration

1. From Attendance Module, navigate to Attendances Sheet Management → Attendance Rules

2. List of 3 Rules should be defined

3. Add Rules with the following order from the minimum duration to the maximum
a. Overtime Rule
b. Late Rule
c. Diff Rule

4. Go to Attendances Sheet
- 5. Choose Employee, start and end date. Note that this module takes the user defined working hours

6. After Clicking on âGenerate Attendance Sheetâ, the attendance sheet report will be generated.
- 7. Report will generate the actual information about the attendance and the calculated time based on predefined rules

8. In Summary tab:
- 9. If the sheet contains any error, the HR should go back to attendance and fix it from there.

10. HR can generate pdf report for reference.

It is possible to generate multiple attendance sheets for multiple employees, you can do this by going to
Attendances > Attendances Sheet Management > Generate Multiple Attendance Sheets

Employees (could pick multiple or leave the field empty to pick all employees), Start Date and End Date
Yes, the app works perfectly well with Odoo Enterprise (On-premise and Odoo.SH) as well as Community. Odoo Online (Cloud) does not allow installation of third-party apps and hence this app cannot be installed on Odoo Online.
