Ability to store documents in a custom folder structure:

By Journal- will create a folder for each Journal under the
Finance
folder. - By Journal/Journal entry- will automatically create folders of the journal and subfolders for every entry related to this specific journal.

Process & configuration:
- Go to Documents -> Settings -> Accounting Section

By default, there is a workspace you need to select for the users accounting documents
and
Journals
to configure as shown before to determine each journal where to save its related attachments. -
A new Option is added for not using these
Journals
anymore and instead choose folder structure for saving the attachments as documents in the document app. -
Selecting
By Journal
will create a folder for each Journal under theFinance
folder. -
For
By Journal/Journal Entry
automatic creation for folders of the journal and subfolders for every entry related to this specific journal. - Note that all above-mentioned workspaces (folder) will be created under the workspace selected in the settings.
