Features
Import lines from CSV / Excel file
You can easily import your sale order lines from data in an excel or csv file. Each column will be recognized and mapped to a field of sale order line.
Test data before importing
You can test your data and fix them before importing (if needed). It will check your data line by line, show error message at specific line number (if any).
Download a template file
This module gives you a template which you can download, update your data and import. You can add more columns if you want.
Mapping fields easily
If the header in your file is not good enough to be recognized automatically, you can re-choose a corresponding field by yourself, directly in the interface.
Following these steps
Create an empty sale order. just need to input some fields on the header
Input your data. after downloading the template file, you input your sale order lines inside it, then click on button "Load File"
Test data. Click on button "Test" to check your data ! If every seems valid, you click on button "Import"

Hi,
I selected the "Create new values"option but the next error showed up: No matching record found for name 'Prueba' in field 'Product' and the following error was encountered when we attempted to create one: Cannot create new 'Product Variant' records from their name alone. Please create those records manually and try importing again.
As you can see, a new product cannot be created this way in the system and that's precisely what I need. I need to import sale lines that include products that won't be in the Odoo Database.
So, I want to know if there is a way to fix/go around it or if its mandatory for the product to be created before the import.

I see, so, you still need to create the products first.
Hello! I was doing a couple of tests with this app and I found a concern. It seems that I can only upload sale lines that have products that already exist in the Odoo data base. If I add a test product row, the page shows this error: "No matching record found for name 'Prueba' in field 'Product' and the following error was encountered when we attempted to create one: Cannot create new 'Product Variant' records from their name alone. Please create those records manually and try importing again". This is a big issues for me since I constantly would need to upload sale lines that include products that haven't been created yet in the data base. Is there a way to fix this? I'm really interested in this app but it won't work for me unless I'm able to upload sale lines with any product, existing or not. Thank you so much in advance!
