Unauthorized users are restricted to create, edit, update, delete operation for products and variant and attributes.

Users with access rights can only create, edit, delete products, variants and attributes.Limited Access for Products
After installing the module, users will not be able to see the create and edit buttons, and the delete and duplicate menus for products and product variants that are restricted. Additionally, all fields will be read-only under the tree and form views, and users will not be able to make any changes under any application, such as sale, purchase, inventory, manufacturing, etc

Access Product and Variant
Users with "Access Product and Variant" access rights can only create, and edit products, product variants, and product attributes.
If user has "Access Product and Variant" access rights then user can create, and edit products, user can see all fields are now editable.
If user has "Access Product and Variant" access rights then user can create, and edit product variants, user can see all fields are now editable.
