Average Revenue per Order Reporting
Calculates the average revenue generated per order over a defined period.
Average Spent per Customer Reporting
Measures the average amount spent by each customer over a specified period.
Advance Sales Order Reporting
Under Sales > Reporting > Sales menu pivot view user can see advance sales order reporting feature.
User can see Advance Sales Order Reporting for Average Revenue per Order, Average Spent per Customer, Repeat Order Rate, On Time Deliveries and Customer Returns features.
These metrics offer valuable insights into customer behavior and operational performance.
Average Revenue per Order In Sales Order Reporting
User can see average revenue per order in sale order reporting.Calculates the average revenue generated per order over a defined period.
The average revenue per order calculation is done as total Untaxed amount divide by total number of sale order. Based on this formula the average revenue per order is calculated.
Average Spent per Customer In sales Order Reporting
User can see average spent per customer feature in sale order reporting.This measures the average amount spent by each customer over a specified period.
The average spent per customer calculation is done as total untaxed amount divide by number of Customer.
Repeat Order Rate in Sales Order Reporting
The repeat order rate tracks the percentage of customers who place repeat orders within a given timeframe.
On Time Deliveries In sales Order Reporting
User can measures the percentage of orders delivered on or before the promised date.
On time deliveries is calculated as the total number of shipment received by the customer on time divide by the total number of shipments into 100.
Customer Returns Sales Order Reporting
The customer returns tracks the percentage of orders returned by customers.
Customer Returns feature is calculated as number of customer returns processed divide by the total number of unit sold into hundred.Based in this formula the customer returns is calculated.
