Create Sale Order from POS

User can create sale order from POS with the state configured in POS.

Register Payment of Invoice from POS

User can register the payment of invoice directly from POS.

Create Purchase Order from POS

User can create purchase order directly from point of sale order with same customer and quantity.

Create MRP Order from POS

User can create manufacturing order directly from point of sale interface.

Create HR Expense from POS

User can directly create HR expense from point of sale.

Create Sale Order from POS

Sale Order Configuration in POS

Create Purchase Order from POS

Purchase Order Configuration

Under Point of Sale > Configuration > Settings user have to enable "Create Purchase Order" and select "PO State".

Create Purchase Order from Point of Sale

On point of sale screen user can see "Create Purchase Order" button, on clicking button purchase order will created with selected customer, products and products quantity.

User can see pop up message once purchase order created.

View Purchase Order Created from Point of Sale

On point of Sale > Dashboard user have to click three dot menu and click "Purchase Orders" menu.

Filter Purchase Orders by Point of Sale

User can filter purchase orders by "From Point of Sale" and find all purchase order created from point of sale.

Group By Purchase Orders by Point of Sale

User can group by purchase orders by "Point of Sale" and find all purchase order created from point of sale.

Purchase Order

User can see created purchase order on configured state, Selected customer, products, and product quantities.

If User selects "RFQ Sent" as "PO State" under configuration user can see email for purchase order will also sent to customer with attachment automatically and posted on chatter.

Create MRP Order from POS

Product Configuration

User need to enable "To Create MRP Order" option for product in order to create mrp order from POS.

Product Variant Configuration

Users can also create manufacturing order from POS for product variant for that user need to enable "To Create MRP Order" and create bill of material and select product variant on POS.

Bill of Materials

User need to create bill of materials for selected product or product variants in order to create mrp order.

Warning

Warning will raise if no bill of material created for selected product to create mrp order.

Create POS Order

User need to select product in POS and validate order.

Created MRP Order

User can see created manufacturing order from point of sale order with reference.

User can also see created manufacturing order with components as selected in bill of materials.

Created Done MRP Order from POS

User need to enable "Done MRP Order" option for the product to create manufacturing order in done state from POS.

User need to select product in POS and validate order.

Created Done MRP Order

User can see created manufacturing order in done state from point of sale order with reference.

User can also see created manufacturing order with components as selected in bill of materials.

Create HR Expense from POS

Expense Product Configuration

User have to enable "Can be Expensed" checkbox under product, only this product will shown on point of sale to create expense.

Employee Configuration

On point of sale configuration if employee related to user not added then user can not see "HR Expenses" button.

Create HR Expenses

User can create hr expenses from point of sale by clicking"HR Expenses" button on point of sale screen.

On clicking "HR Expenses" button new pop-up will open, here user can see all expense product and select one.

User have to also enter description and product quantity for expenses and click "OK" button.

User can see success message on pop-up on successfully creating expense.

HR Expenses

User can see created hr expenses under Expenses > My Expenses menu.

User can see created expenses for selected employee with selected product, quantity and description entered before.

Warnings

It will raise warning if expense product not added.

It will raise warning if expense description not added.
