Construction Job Costing Issue Tracking Odoo apps helps to manage construction and contracting support issues tracking system. This issue tracking system is for workers as well as for the customer and client of job costing Construction contracting Project. After installing this odoo module helps to contract workers who work on site at construction and job contracting and allow them to raise any kind of issues related to jobs they are working on. Construction Project customer can also use this system to raise support tickets.

Construction support Team and portal customer of Construction Project can send issues/ticket requests from web portal. Customer can see stage of submitted ticket and issues from website portal access via my account page. working hours can be defined by support team for this issue tracking system as well as they can fill up the timesheet of support issue ticket, this timesheet will be useful for create invoice from the working hours of the timesheet.
