Attachment-Document Managemen/DMS with Document Numbering,Security and Document Tags Odoo Apps
Document Numbering and Document Tags for DMS-Document management and Attachment Odoo apps used to manage Document Directory, Document Numbering, Document Security and Document Tags for DMS. This Odoo apps provide extension on Document management system with document Numbering and Document tag. Document manager can create separate directory for each model/objects/records and able to create different tags for each attachment of document system. After installing this apps you can see "Document Manager" and "Document User" access rights control. Document manager can access all directory, all documents and attachment but document user can only access his/her own document directory and attachment data. Document manager can create and edit tags but document user can only view and select existing tag for the attachment and documents.This odoo module is complete setup for Document management system which provides DMS for attachment along with document versioning, numbering, directory extension, document tags and document security for document system.

Users with Manager access can create and manage document directory, directory tags, and document tags.
Directory Tags
Under Document > Configuration > Directory Tags menu user can create and manage directory tags.
Document Tags
Under Document > Configuration > Document Tags menu user can create and manage document tags.
Document Directory
Under Documents > Directory > Directories menu user can create and manage directories.
User can also add directory code, directory tags, users and add group.
User can access all attached documents from smart button on document directory.
User can see attached documents on task.
Documents Menu
User can see generated sequence, directory tags, users, and respective directory in the document form view.
Send Document By Mail
User can send document by email by clicking "SEND BY EMAIL" button on document.
User : My Document
User can see after login only allowed documents are visible.
Warning will raise when directory exixts with same model.
