With HR Employee Requests Odoo app, you can simplify and manage employee requests within your organization. Managers can create multiple types of requests, which enable employees to submit a variety of requests and track them, administrators can approve or reject requests, employees receive requested items, receive email notifications for all request actions, and can also print PDF reports for requests and view them under employees.

Track and View Employee's Requests
User can track employee's requests and view them under the "Request" tab on specific employees.
Approve/Reject/Receive Request with Email
User can approve/reject and receive employee requests, and also notify by email of every action.
Manage Different Request Types
Manager create and manage multiple types of requests.
Print Request PDF Report
User can print request PDF report with details.Request Types
Under Employee > Configuration > Request Types menu user can create multiple types for requests.
Employee Request
Under Employee > Configuration > Employee Request menu employees can create requests.
Send Request
Employees need to click the "SEND REQUEST" button to submit a request, the request state will be changed to running from draft.
Approve/Reject Request
The manager will get an email notification if any request need to approve, Manager can approve a request by clicking the "APPROVE REQUEST" button and also can reject by the "REJECT REQUEST" button.
Employee will notify by email on approval or rejection of request.
Receive Request
Once the request is an approved employee can receive the requested item by clicking the "RECEIVED" button.
User can see on receive request state moved to done, User can also print request PDF report.

View Employee's Request
User can view all request of employee under "Employee's Request" tab on employee view.
