User have to enable/disable POS product customer sync option from POS configuration.

When user create or update product and customer data it will automatically sync in POS.POS Sync Data Configuration
Under POS configuration, User have access to "Enable POS Product Customer Sync" option to sync product and customer data without refreshing the POS session.
