POS-Point of Sale Spa/Salon Management Odoo App helps users to manage Salon, Spa and Beauty parlor appointments easily from POS. Users can book an appointment, view booking list, In that all booking dates wise from there booking can be confirmed, cancelled, and check in when the particular person of appointment check-in done. Users have to use the checkout option once the appointment is over and service is rendered then there will be an invoice will be done on the POS, also users can view booking details from the backend.
Features
Configure Spa/Salon Management
User can configure Create Booking, Select Appointee Team and Set Default Appointee Team.
Easy to Manage Appointment
User can easily book, confirm and cancel appointment from POS.
Confirm Appointment from POS
User can confirm appointment from booking list in POS.
Cancel Appointment from POS
If appointment get cancelled, It will remove from the booking list in POS.
Booking List in POS
User can view all appointment from booking list in POS.
Generate Invoice from POS
Once the appointment is over and service is rendered then there will be generate an invoice in POS.
Display Booking Details from Backend
User can view appointment booking details from backend.
Warning/Validation Message
When user can create booking without selection of customer and service, Warning message raised.Create Shift Time
Goto Point of Sale -> Configuration -> Shift Time menu, User have to set starting time and ending time for particular shifts.
Create Appointee Team
Goto Point of Sale -> Configuration -> Appointee Team menu, User have to create appointee team like hair cutting, makeup, facial, etc. Also set manager, time shift and members.
POS Configuration for Spa/Salon Management
User have to tick on 'Allow Create Booking' checkbox to select 'Appointee Teams' for the POS and set 'Default Appointee Team'.
Spa/Salon Management Buttons in POS
Create Booking Button
User have to click on 'Create Booking' button to book an appointment.
Select the Booking Team
User have to select/change the booking team for book an appointment.
Display Booked Appointments
User can view already booked appointments according to selected date.
Display Booking Details
User can view details of booked appointments.
User have to select the date for booking an appointment and click on 'Create Booking' button.
Create Appointment Wizard
User have to select an appointee to booking an appointment.
If shift timing and selected time is not matched, Warning raised.
If entered end date is smaller than the start date, Warning raised.
Appointment Is Created
If appointment created successfully, User can view 'Appointment Is Created' popup message.
Booking List Button
User have to click on 'Booking List' button to view an appointment booking list in POS.
Booking List in POS
Search Appointment in POS
Cancel Appointment in POS
If user click on 'Cancel' button for particular appointment, It will be removed from the list.
Confirm Appointment in POS
If user click on 'Confirm' button for particular appointment, It will be confirmed and move to 'Done' state.
Done Check-Out in POS
If check-out done, click on 'Done' button to make payment.

User can view the appointment booking details in form view.
