Employee Resignation Approval/Rejection Request Odoo App helps users manage employee termination. Users can be assigned access to resign as HR and managers. A user can create a resignation request for an employee with a specified resignation reason, and then other HR or manager pages can approve or deny the employee's termination. HR still has access to update the configured employee checklist and calculate percentages for that employee based on that checklist. Users can print employee resignation reports in PDF format.

Resignation Access Rights
User can give an access rights of employee resignation as 'HR' and 'Manager'.
Manage Employee Resignation
User can create an employee resignation request and HR/Manager can approve or reject the request.
Approve/Reject Employee Resignation
HR and manager can approve or reject the employee resignation request with given rejection reason.
Print Employee Resignation Report
User can print employee resignation report in PDF format.Resignation Access Rights
User have to give an access rights of resignation as 'HR' and 'Manager'.
Employee Checklist Menu
Goto Employees -> Configuration -> Employee Checklist menu in that create an employee checklist with name and description.
Request For Employee Registration
User can view the list of employee resignation requests.
Create Employee Resignation Request
User can create employee resignation request with selection of employee then enter the resignation reason and submit to the manager for further process by clicking on 'SEND TO MANAGER' button.
Approve/Reject Resignation Request by Manager
Manager can view the resignation request then they have access to approve the request by clicking on 'SEND TO HR' button for further process.
Approve/Reject Resignation Request by HR
HR can view the resignation request then they can checked the checklist and based on that checklist percentage should be calculated.
HR have access to approve the request by clicking on 'HR APPROVE' button for approval.
Set Notice Period Date Wizard
HR can set the start date and end date of employee notice period and click on 'SET NOTICE PERIOD' button.
Final Resignation Approve By HR
Once set up the notice period, HR can approve the final resignation by clicking on 'FINAL RESIGNATION APPROVAL' button.
Set Resignation Date Wizard
HR can set the final resignation date of employee.
Display Resigned Employee
Reject Resignation by HR/Manager
HR or manager can reject the employee resignation by clicking on 'REJECT RESIGNATION' button.
Reject Resignation by HR/Manager
HR or manager can reject the employee resignation by clicking on 'SET REJECT REASON' button.
Display Rejected Employee Resignation
Print Employee Resignation Report
Print Employee Resignation Report by clicking on 'Employee Resignation Report' in Print.
