Also it allows you to create invoices easily from the timesheet logged for the project issue and helpdesk support ticketing system. Customers can view their ticket from the website portal and easily see the stage of the reported ticket. Also, customers can communicate with the help-desk support team from the website communication option. This odoo app helps users to show available teams on the website, read all details about the team and create issue tickets for specific teams.
