Real Estate Solution: Customer/Vendor Portal Management
Using this module, we can buy/sell properties by portal/website. This will provide sellers/customers better UI experience and can easily access it with minimum clicks.
All the details can be mentioned regarding buying the property, like personal details, address, preferred locations, minimum amenities, property types, classifications, etc.
Same for the property listing process. Sellers are able to add additional details like how much token amount is required to buy property, registration amount, property registration date, maintenance, possession date, nearby amenities like a bus station, airport, temples, etc.
Customers are able to access a beautiful view of all available properties on the website which are managed by a backend. After clicking on the property, a customer can check all the other details of the property.
As per the customer's choice, they can directly request a buying order from the website, further process will be managed by employees.
In conclusion, Buyers/Sellers can easily buy/sell property through a website.
