The standard email template configuration in Odoo allows users to define 'Cc' and 'Reply-To' values specific to each email template defined. However an Odoo user in the system would receive the copy of the email only if his user Notification preference is configured as "Handle by Emails". This configuration could be annoying for a user who only wishes to receive a copy of selected emails sent from Odoo, rather than receiving email notifications for all activities taking place in Odoo.

This Odoo app from BroadTech helps users in receiving a copy of the email, while setting the user Notification preference as "Handle in Odoo".

The goal is achieved by introducing a global configuration for defining email cc and email reply-to for selected models.

When emails are sent from the above three models (Sales Order, Purchase Order and Invoice), the system would automatically append predefined email cc and reply-to addresses to existing values(if any) based on the global configuration data.
