DUPLICATE LEAD FILTERING AND ASSIGNMENT
Identifies the duplicate leads in pipeline, filters the new leads and assign it to users
Key Highlights
- Filters the newly created lead based on the Phone number and Email
- Identifies if there is any lead with same email id or contact number already exists in the pipeline
- Converts the leads in to oppurtunities in to specified stage
- Assigns the lead to a particular sales person based on a condition
- Identifies duplicate leads
Overview
Now we dont need to worry on assigning leads and similar leads in our crm, just set the condition rest odoo will take care of assignment of the leads and identifies if there is any duplication.
Features
- Easy auto assignment and filtering of leads based on specific condition
- Filters the leads based on the Phone number and Email
- Those leads will be converted in to oppurtunity in the specified stage
- Once the cron job runs the new leads will be automatically assigned to the salesperson based on their available number of leads already assigned
- The duplicate leads will remain in the leads menu
- User can specify the stage in which the duplication of lead that should be checked before conversion to oppurtunity and assignment of the leads
- The user to whom the lead was previously assigned will receive message that there is duplicate lead
Configuration
- Need to set an addtional configuration in which we can set the time intervel to filter the leads. Can configure the stage to which the new lead has to be transferred in the pipeline.

Can Set the time interval at which we need to set the automated action for checking the duplication of leads

Choose the stage in which we want to check the duplication in the pipeline

Leads with duplicate will remain in the leads window

The user to whom the same lead was assigned will receive the message intimating that there is duplicate lead.

Leads will be splitted and assigned to sales persons according to the number of leads already assigned
