CRM Auto Distribution
The aim of this module is to distribute leads equally between salespersons when a new lead is created.

After selecting a sales team for a new lead, the module counts the number of leads assigned for each one of them, then chooses the one with the least number of leads to handle it.

We can override the module's choice by choosing another member of the team.

Sub-Staging

In addition, this module has an option of dividing the each stage to different sub-stages.
for example: we can add Qualified-30% and Qualified-60% sub-stages to the stage Qualified stage. On the other hand we can add Proposition-1st-step and Proposition-2nd-step sub-stages to the Proposition stage.

Configuration
Enabling the Leads tab

1- To enable Lead display for admin we go to the "Configuration" tab and select "Settings"

2- Enable "Leads"

3- Then "Save" and you will see the "Leads" tab appear
Adding Sub-Stages

1- Press on the "Configuration" tab then "States"

2- Press on "CREATE" to create a new Sub-Stage

3- Fill the required fields with first the Sub-Stage name,
second the Company name, and third choose the
Parent Stage or create a new one
Usage
Auto selecting the Salesperson

1- From the "Sales" App, "Configuration" tab, then "Sales Teams", Make sure that
our team has multiple Salespersons

2- We see that we have already added to "Salespersons" to the team "America"

3- Check the number of Leads assigned to each user

4- Back to the "CRM" App, "Leads" tab, then "CREATE" button. After we are in the
lead create view, Fill the "Lead" field then Change the "Sales Team", in our
example let us choose "America"

5- Instantly the Salesperson with the least number of Leads is selected
Changing the Sub-Stage

1- After the Sub-Stages have already been added ,as described in the
"Configuration" part, returned to the CRM/Pipeline:
- Select a CRM on the "Qualified" Stage.
- Press the "EDIT" button.
- Change the stage field and that's it.
Yes, the app works perfectly well with Odoo Enterprise (On-premise and Odoo.SH) as well as Community. Odoo Online (Cloud) does not allow installation of third-party apps and hence this app cannot be installed on Odoo Online.
