Tech Support - Error Tracker
An application to automatically create and track support tickets of system errors.

Customized user friendly error message on the default odoo crash screen.

Emails notifications are sent to the end user and technical support on each stages of the ticket for tracking.

State wise ticket tracking.
New / Inpogress / Resolved

Ticket status can be updated as New / Inpogress / Resolved.
Email Notifications are sent to the user whenever ticket status is updated.
Ticket status updated dates are recored automatically.
Error Traceback is captured in the ticket.
Technical Support email addresses can be configured in the inbuilt email templates.
