Maintenance Start Stop Timer

Key Features
  • arrow Added Stat and Stop functionality on maintenance request
  • arrow Click on Start button to start the maintenance process, and starting time of the maintenance process is recorded on the maintenance request screen
  • arrow Click on the Stop button to stop the maintenance process and one window will popup which will ask you to enter the project and remarks in order to generate timesheet entry
  • arrow Enter the project and remarks and click on Stop button of the popup and whole duration of the maintenance process is calculated automatically and timesheet entry for the maintenance request is generated and linked with the maintenance request automatically
  • arrow You can Start and Stop maintenance process from Kanban of the maintenance requests also
  • arrow Note : In stop popup you have to enter project manually, but if you want to load it automatically then you have to configure project into General Settings > Maintenance Request Default Stop Process Project
  • Start the maintenance process arrow
  • Start Time is recorded on the screen arrow
  • Stop the maintenance process arrow
  • Enter project and remarks and click on Stop arrow
  • Timesheet entry successfully generated arrow arrow

Maintenance Stage Change Notification

  • arrow Configure email template for maintenance stage
  • arrow So when Maintenance Request changes its stage, then notification email will be sent to responsible person of Maintenance Request using configured email template
  • arrow e.g. You have set Template 1 into In Progress stage. So when Maintenance Request changes its stage to In Progress, at that time notification email will be sent to responsible person of the Maintenance Request using Template 1
  • Configure Email Template for the Maintenance Stage arrow
