Subscription Management
Subscription Management Odoo app is designed to make handling subscriptions easy and efficient
for businesses and their customers. With this app, you can create and manage subscription-based
products and offer flexible plans based on daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly billing cycles. It
helps businesses automate key processes, such as invoicing and email reminders, to ensure smooth
operations and a hassle-free experience for customers.
This module allows businesses to set up custom subscription plans and link them to their
products effortlessly. Customers can subscribe through the Odoo website and manage their
subscriptions independently via a self-service portal. Automated email notifications inform
customers about upcoming expirations, renewals, and other important updates using customizable
templates. Businesses can configure reminders to be sent either before or after the subscription
expiry date, ensuring timely communication with customers.
Once a subscription order is confirmed, the system automatically generates an invoice and links
the payment to the subscription. The status of each subscription is updated in real-time, and
businesses can easily track and manage active, canceled, or expired subscriptions using a kanban
view. If needed, subscriptions can be canceled with a simple click, and reasons for cancellation
can be recorded for future insights.
Additionally, businesses can print or download subscription details as a PDF report, providing a
convenient way to maintain records. The module also supports subscription product variants,

Go to users => select subscription manager/user.

Create a Subscription order and add subscription product by pressing 'Add Subscription' button. Then confirm the order.
You can see the smart button for the subscription in the subscription order.
The subscription stage is in progress.
The system automatically generates an invoice when the subscription is created. You can view the subscription details. If you can Cancel the subscription plan by clicking the 'Cancel' button.
Automatically send email alerts to notify customers their subscriptions expire.
If you set the 'Before Expiry' template in the plan, an email will be sent before the expiry date. Otherwise, if you set the 'After Expiry' template, the email will be sent after the expiry date.
The subscription automatically closed when it reaches the end date.
